ABOUT us
BGO Eiendom is a real estate investment and management firm located in Bergen, Norway. Established in 2012 and owned by Sundland Property, both companies are part of a privately owned group with two main branches.
We choose our real estate investments carefully and solely invest in prime location properties in the city centre of Bergen. In our portfolio, the properties range from seaside properties in the city harbor, where we also have our offices, to historical gems like the oldest privately owned resident stone building in the city centre, built in 1609.
With our CSR-commitment, we aim to positively impact our community. As an example, we have established a community project in collaboration with local football team Sportsklubben Brann and a group of local businesses, for the pediatric clinic at Haukeland University Hospital.
SERVICES
Our tenant portfolio consists of both residential and commercial tenants. Since 2012, we have welcomed students from 16 different countries, and our business tenants range from public and private to international listed groups, in areas such as finance, real estate, welfare, medical centers, and more.
Business premises can be tailored to the tenant's wishes and needs, and we also use sensor technology in our properties.
We value our good name and reputation, which has provided 100% occupancy of lettable area since the inception in 2012.
In recent years, we have experienced an increase among our customers who want to use our services in consulting related to investment, development and management of real estate in our city.
